Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Starter plan is free. Paid plans are bought for a monthly or annual term, paid in advance, and start as soon as the payment is recorded — see Pricing. Fynamics does not charge candidates anything.

Plans do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: if you do not renew, the plan ends on its end date and your organization returns to the Starter limits. Nothing is deleted, and an exam in progress is never interrupted.

A term is delivered from the day it starts, so fees for a started term are not refundable, except:

• a duplicate or incorrect charge, refunded in full;
• a plan we did not activate within 3 working days of receiving your payment, if you would rather have a refund than wait — refunded in full;
• anything we are required to refund by law.

Approved refunds are returned by the same method the payment arrived, normally within 7 working days, and we issue a credit note against the original tax invoice.
